Buyback Guarantee Policy

(Effective Date: 18/08/2025)

This Buyback Guarantee Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions under which Incluther Digital Assets Pvt. Ltd. ("Company," "we," "our") offers a buyback option for fully managed YouTube channels provided to customers under the Flexible Plans and Wealth Plans. This Policy ensures transparency, legal clarity, and mutual protection for both the customer and the Company.

1. Applicability of Buyback Guarantee

1.1 Flexible Plans – Customers are eligible for buyback 24 months after the channel’s monetization date, provided all conditions in this Policy are met.

1.2 Wealth Plans (Prime, Prestige, Empire, Alpha) – Customers are eligible for buyback 15 months after the channel’s monetization date, provided all conditions in this Policy are met.

👉 Note: The buyback duration always starts from the date the channel achieves monetization, not from the date of creation or project initiation.

2. Buyback Amount

2.1 Flexible Plans – The buyback price will be double the total investment made under the chosen Flexible Plan.

2.2 Wealth Plans – The buyback price will be double the plan amount paid by the customer at the time of onboarding.

2.3 All buyback transactions will be processed only through Incluther Digital Assets Pvt. Ltd., and the amount will be credited directly to the customer’s registered bank account.

3. Conditions for Buyback Eligibility

To be eligible for buyback:

• The customer must have maintained honest, full, and timely payments for all applicable fees (if any) without default.

• The channel must have remained compliant with YouTube monetization policies, community guidelines, and our internal Terms of Service.

• If any discrepancies arise (missed payments, delayed settlements, or violations), approval from Company’s higher management will be required.

4. Buyback Request Process

4.1 After the stipulated buyback period (as per Section 1), the customer may:

• Raise a support ticket requesting buyback.

4.2 The Company will conduct a review of:

• Payment history

• Compliance with policies

• Channel’s activity and health

4.3 If all conditions are met, the buyback process will be completed within 15 working days, and the amount will be credited to the customer’s registered bank account.

5. Transfer of Ownership

Upon successful buyback:

• Full ownership and administrative rights of the channel will revert to Incluther Digital Assets Pvt. Ltd.

• The customer will permanently lose all rights, claims, and income entitlements related to the channel.

• Once sold, the channel cannot be repurchased or reclaimed by the customer.

6. Legal & Tax Implications

• All buyback transactions are governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

• Applicable GST and taxes will be deducted as per Indian tax laws.

• No additional interest, damages, or penalties will be paid beyond the agreed buyback amount.

7. Company’s Right to Reject Buyback

Incluther Digital Assets Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to decline a buyback request if:

• The customer violated payment or compliance obligations.

• The channel engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or non-compliant activities.

• Internal assessments determine risks or discrepancies affecting Company interests.

8. Acceptance of Policy

By purchasing any Flexible or Wealth Plan, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• Buyback is an optional benefit, not an obligation of automatic repurchase.

• The Company has the right to verify, approve, or reject any buyback request.

• The buyback duration always starts from the monetization date, not from channel creation or onboarding.
